Construction Manager cum Quantity surveyor Experience - More Than 13 Years Location - Durg (Chhattisgarh) Salary _ 80 to 1 lac per Month Candidates must have experience in NHAI projects, Bridge construction, Highway development, or similar infrastructure projects. Office Timing Office Timing- 10 AM to 7 PM Site Timing – Depend upon Site Situation Key Responsibilities: Construction Management: Planning, organizing, and directing construction projects. Managing resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Overseeing site operations and safety. Quantity Surveying: Estimating costs for materials, labor, and equipment. Preparing and managing project budgets and cost control. Managing contracts and variations. Negotiating contracts and managing claims. Providing financial reports and updates. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction methods, materials, and project management software. Financial Skills: Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams. Problem‐solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems and analyze project data. Responsibilities may also include: Cost consulting and forecasting: Providing advice on cost‐saving strategies and project viability. Contract administration: Managing contracts, variations, and claims. Value engineering: Identifying opportunities to improve project value. Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and safety standards.
