Job Description

  • Technical accounting – Ind-AS/ IFRS (Financial instruments, Revenue recognition, consolidation, Share based payments etc.), understanding of corporate laws, RPT etc.
  • Management and statutory reporting including preparation of consolidated accounts under Ind AS in listed company or a good India HQ Co with a prior experience of Big 4
  • Preparation of financial statements with all disclosures under Companies Act, 2013
  • Audit coordination
  • Well versed in excel and PPT
