Configuration Specialist (CX Product)

In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to configure, implement, and support enterprise-level cloud-based CX/CRM solutions, helping organizations streamline and optimize their operations using low-code/no-code platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Get trained and certified on leading cloud CX/CRM platforms
• Configure and customize solutions based on business requirements
• Deploy configurations across development, testing, and production environments
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues
• Prepare and maintain documentation and process notes
• Deliver product demos and support customer onboarding & training
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ensure proper recording, tracking, and closure of issues

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc. (IT/Computers) or MBA (IT)
• 2–3 years of experience in development, SaaS, or IT projects (US client exposure preferred)

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, etc.)
• Understanding of business analysis and documentation
