Work on exciting CX implementations using cutting-edge low-code platforms Overview We are looking for bright candidates for the role of Configuration Specialist (CX Product) – India, to help customers configure, implement and support enterprise level cloud based CX/CRM products. Position is part of our India consulting team reporting into Director-Implementations 🎯Primary Responsibilities · Get trained and certified on cloud CX/CRM platforms. · Configure and customize the CX/CRM platform to meet business requirements. · Provide best customer experience during platform customization and configuration. · Prepare and deploy configured packages from development to test and production environments. · Perform unit and integration testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet quality standards. · Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues reported by end-users. · Maintain and update documentation/meeting notes for all configured/discussed processes and customizations. · Provide product demonstrations to customers/prospects. · Stay up to date with knowledge of the products. · Translate business requirements into technical specifications for configuration. · Onboarding and Training customers to become better product users. · Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. · Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users on new configurations and features. · Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. ✨ Who we’re looking for . 0-2 years’ experience in development, SaaS and IT projects working with US clients · Familiarity with SaaS software in sales, marketing, or customer support (Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, etc.) · Familiarity with web development technologies (like JavaScript, HTML, CSS etc.). · Familiarity with Business Analysis and documentation. 🚀 Soft Skills that will make you shine · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into simple, elegant technical solutions. · Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Meticulous attention to detail in configuration, testing, and documentation. · Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. · Work with a global team over multiple time zones. .
