Job Description: Conference Producer ---
Key Responsibilities:
Speaker Acquisition & Management Identify and invite: Professors Doctors JRFs SRFs University research students Sponsors Send invitation emails and follow-ups. Collect bios, photos, abstracts, and presentations. Schedule briefing calls and technical rehearsals. Coordinate with universities, departments, and research groups. Maintain a database of academic speakers. Ensure smooth onboarding and communication.
--- Project & Timeline Management: Prepare event production timelines. Coordinate with design, marketing, operations, and technical teams. Ensure all materials and presentations are submitted on time. Handle sponsor deliverables and branding placements. Track all tasks and deadlines.
--- Event Execution: Support speakers during their sessions. Guide them on the event platform. Coordinate with technical teams for smooth delivery. Handle last-minute changes and troubleshooting. Manage event flow and timing.
--- Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in conferences, events, or academic coordination. Strong communication and email skills. Ability to work with professors, doctors, researchers, and sponsors. Good organization and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Webex, etc. Able to work independently.
