Key Responsibilities

  • Perfect the art of chocolate tempering, cake baking, and confection coating.
  • Operate heat treatment processes and confectionery manufacturing equipment with precision.
  • Apply food safety, hygiene standards, HACCP, and GMP to all your scrumptious creations.
  • Innovate and develop new recipes to keep our product range exciting and fresh.
  • Perform quality control, ensuring every treat you craft meets our high standards.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to care for food aesthetic and maintain food specifications.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing of confectionery, baking goods, and producing confectionery from chocolate.
  • Knowledge of chemical aspects of chocolates, bakery ingredients, sugar, and nutrients of confectionery.
  • Experience with operating bakery equipment and monitoring manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with a variety of confectionery and bakery production methods.
