Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods, following traditional and modern recipes. The candidate should bring innovation, precision, and passion for baking, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, breads, and other bakery items. Develop new recipes, seasonal menus, and creative dessert presentations. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and portion control. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen. Monitor stock levels and manage the ordering of ingredients as required. Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide training when necessary. Work closely with the Head Chef/Sous Chef for menu planning and execution. Requirements: Minimum 7+ years of professional pastry experience . Strong knowledge of international pastry techniques and trends. Proven experience in preparing a wide variety of baked goods and desserts. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Good leadership and communication skills.
