Computer Operator

As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our computer systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership’s information systems and technology. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our sales, service, and administrative functions, ensuring that our systems run effectively to enhance our customer service and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hindi Typing

- Operate and monitor the dealership's computer systems to ensure they are functioning correctly at all times.

- Provide technical support to dealership staff in the use of various dealership software applications, including inventory management, customer relationship management (CRM), and accounting systems.

- Perform regular system backups and data integrity checks to ensure the security and reliability of dealership data.

- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, system performance, and any issues encountered in order to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, coordinating with IT support vendors when necessary.

- Collaborate with management to implement software updates and enhancements that improve operational efficiency.

- Train new staff on the use of dealership software and systems, ensuring all employees are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

- Assist with inventory tracking, sales reporting, and other data management tasks as required.

- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures, as well as relevant data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or a related field is preferred.

- Previous experience as a computer operator, IT support, or in a similar role, preferably within an automotive dealership or retail environment.

- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and hardware.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and dealership management systems (DMS).

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
