Job Summary:

The Computer Operator (MIS) will be responsible for handling data entry, report generation, and daily system operations. The role involves maintaining databases, preparing MIS reports, and supporting management with accurate and timely data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate computer systems to input, process, and maintain company data.
2. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
3. Collect, compile, and analyze data to support management decisions.
4. Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, and documentation regularly.
5. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems.
6. Assist in generating performance, attendance, and productivity reports.
7. Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
8. Monitor system performance and report any issues to the IT or operations team.
9. Manage file backups, data security, and proper record keeping.
10. Support internal audits and compliance reporting as required.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of database management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BCA / B.Sc. / BA with computer knowledge).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator or MIS Executive.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or reporting tools is an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
