Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings for mechanical components, jigs, fixtures, and tools. Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) in alignment with project requirements. Ensure adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and engineering design standards.
• Work on joint design and connections, ensuring durability, manufacturability.
• Provide CAD support for prototyping, testing, and product validation phases.
• Maintain design documentation, revision history, and ensure compliance with various standards.

Prerequisites:

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and joint design.
• Familiarity with materials, manufacturing methods, and product design cycles.
• Knowledge of composite material led product design.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in at least one major CAD software: CATIA, Autodesk Inventor, Creo, NX, AutoCAD or any equivalent 3D CAD tool.
• Proficiency in drafting 2D engineering drawings and dimensioning.
• Strong visualization and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, production, and quality

teams.
