Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing plans, assembly line layouts to meet production targets and minimize downtime, identify bottlenecks, manage the implementation of new manufacturing technologies, help with training and development of production staff, maintain quality control systems (including statistical process control), ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate manufacturing performance, challenges, and recommendations to management.
