Role Description

This is a full-time Compliance Executive role located on-site in Mumbai at RARE Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within the company, utilizing their skills in analyzing legal requirements, communication, and interpersonal skills to uphold standards and processes.

Qualifications

• 6- 8 Years of experience in Statutory Compliance
• Hand on experience in PF, ESIC , PT,MLWF Challan in compliance EPFO regulations
• PT Challan registration across states.
• Shop Establishments, Trade license ,Labour license.
• Hands on experience in CLRA Audits .
• Should be a qualified graduate from nay stream .
• Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days
• Location : Mumbai ( Andheri )
