Job Summary:

The Procurement Compliance professional will oversee adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure ethical sourcing practices. The role involves auditing, monitoring, and improving procurement processes to uphold transparency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier engagements.
  
• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations, quality, and ethical standards.
  
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  
• Support policy formulation, implementation, and updates related to procurement governance.
  
• Track and report on key compliance metrics and non-conformance issues.
  
• Facilitate training and awareness programs on procurement compliance for teams and suppliers.
  
• Investigate and resolve procurement-related discrepancies or violations.
  
• Assist in vendor due diligence, background checks, and risk assessments.
  
• Strong understanding of procurement policies, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
  
• Experience with audit processes and compliance monitoring tools.
  
• Knowledge of contracts, vendor management, and ethical sourcing standards.
