Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Officer, based in Bengaluru with some remote work flexibility. The Compliance Officer will manage and oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring that the organization adheres to industry standards and legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance risks, developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting audits, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements. The Compliance Officer will also collaborate with the finance team for financial compliance and reporting, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
• Analytical Skills for monitoring compliance risks and conducting audits
• Strong Communication skills to engage with stakeholders
• Finance knowledge for financial compliance and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a compliance role is a plus
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
