Key Responsibilities:

a. Daily compliance activities and ad-hoc reporting w.r.t SEBI and AMFI.

b. Prepare/ review of policies and procedures for annual review.

c. Coordinate for Internal Audit.

d. Having an understanding of PMLA guidelines and STR reporting.

e. To review alerts generated on the proposed surveillance system.

f. To maintain tracker and ensure compliance for daily SEBI recovery, and folio freezing orders.

g. To keep track of PIT approvals.

h. Monitor the compliance requirements w.r.t website.

i. Support in compliance clearing marketing materials.

j. Maintain policy tracker and review policy compliance.

k. Support in committee meetings and Board meetings Agenda preparation.

Required Skills and Expertise:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

-Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.

-Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

-Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
