Corporate - Managerial role – Compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

  • LLB/LLM preferred; Company Secretary qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Corporate/plant/manufacturing/infrastructure/real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian laws relating to labour, safety, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in building compliance systems, legal risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
  • High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


Role Objective

To establish and implement a robust compliance management framework covering all applicable laws in India, including safety, environmental, labour & HR, plant & machinery, and other statutory requirements. The role will also support the Company Secretary in driving Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) and ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards across the organization.
