HR Compliance Manager

Requirements:

Experience: 15

Qualification:

CTC:

Responsibilities handled:

Labour Contractor's Monthly Bill Checking / GST Compliance / ESIC /PF /PT and other compliance checking
Staff Salary Sheet Checking / Preparation of Salary JV/approval / Preparation /Checking of Compliance JV (i.e. ESIC, PF, PT etc...)
Preparation of Donation Receipt / daily Tally Entry / Letter and other related work all accounting & Compliance work
RTO work, fastag payment, Vehicle addition / Deletion, transfer etc..
Preparation of employee Income Tax Payment, TDS Working Assessment working Appeal working and other related work
Overseeing HR and payroll functions, Emp. Code approval / Staff Master checking / CTC Checking/approval /Appointment letter Checking / other Expenses Checking / co-ordination with Location HR department & Online updating work
