About the Role :

We are seeking a detailed , proactive, and motivated Compliance Executive to strengthen our statutory and regulatory compliance function. This role focuses mainly onShops & Establishment Acts, Labour Laws, and related statutory requirements. If you have hands-on experience in managing compliance documentation, statutory registers, and coordination with government bodies, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with Shops & Establishment Acts, Factories Act, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle registrations, renewals, amendments, and related processes under labour and establishment laws.
  • Maintain and update all statutory registers, records, reports, and returns with accuracy.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns as per regulatory timelines.
  • Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and Labour authorities for inspections, verifications, and audits.
  • Monitor and track statutory deadlines to ensure zero non-compliance.
  • Support compliance audits, documentation, and closure of audit observations.
  • Stay updated on the latest Labour law amendments and ensure required changes are implemented internally.
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Operations, and other teams to ensure compliance across all company locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, HR, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Labour law and shops & establishment compliances.
  • Solid understanding of Labour legislations like CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic compliance management tools/software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
