Job Title: Accounts & Compliance Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Role Summary

The Accounts & Compliance Executive will be responsible for timely invoicing, follow-up on outstanding payments, and ensuring statutory and client-specific compliance. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure invoices are raised accurately and all compliance records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise customer invoices accurately and on time, as per client-specific formats, contracts, and billing cycles
• Ensure all supporting documents required by clients are attached with invoices
• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and HR/Payroll teams to validate billing inputs
• Ensure PF and ESI challans, returns, and registrations are completed and recorded on time
• Maintain compliance documentation for each client, including statutory and contractual requirements
• Support audits and inspections by keeping records updated and accessible
• Track due dates and ensure zero lapses in statutory compliance
• Maintain proper filing (soft and hard copies) of invoices, challans, and compliance records

Skills & Competencies

• Good working knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, and follow-ups
• Understanding of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance requirements
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with multiple clients and timelines
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting / ERP tools

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Billing, or Compliance roles
• Experience in manpower, services, or operations-driven organizations preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹278,723.19 - ₹500,000.00 per year
