Potentify is Hiring: Compensation Consultant (Project-Based) 💰 We are looking for an experienced Compensation Consultant to help us design and implement a customized compensation framework for one of our key clients in the manufacturing space. What will you do: · Analyze internal compensation data to uncover equity gaps, compression risks, and outliers · Benchmark salaries using Indian market data across multiple job families · Design structured pay band frameworks (Min–Mid–Max) for newly evaluated job grades · Prepare compensation guidelines and recommendations for hiring, promotions, and performance alignment · Present findings to client leadership and adjust frameworks based on feedback Required Expertise: · 5+ years in compensation analytics, HR data consulting, or C&B strategy · Proficiency in Excel and/or analytical tools (Python, R, or Power BI a plus) · Prior experience building internal equity models and pay structures in mid-to-large Indian businesses · Strong grasp of local market benchmarks and regulatory pay practices · Clear communication skills – you’ll be turning complex data into real-world decisions Engagement Format: · Project-based role (3–4 months) · Potential for longer-term collaboration as we expand this consulting vertical If you are passionate about fair pay, real equity, and helping organizations get it right from the inside out, we would love to hear from you.
