About the Role:

We’re seeking a seasoned Total Rewards leader to drive Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, and Talent Review initiatives for a leading FMCG brand. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Design & lead Compensation & Benefits strategies (benchmarking, policy, variable pay)

🔹 Oversee performance management – KRA setting, appraisals, employee surveys

🔹 Advise on merit increases aligned with internal parity, performance & talent segmentation

🔹 Manage insurance programs (GTL, GMC)

🔹 Support org design & restructuring projects

🔹 Conduct Talent Reviews & succession planning for leadership roles

🔹 Drive employee engagement surveys and implement action plans

🔹 Oversee POSH cases and grievance redressal

🔹 Manage HRMS administration and roll out new modules
