We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Professional with 8-12 years of experience to manage and enhance our compensation and benefits programs. This role will involve designing competitive compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements while aligning programs with business goals. Role & responsibilities: Compensation Management: Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and perform market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay Provide compensation recommendations and reporting in the areas of data analytics, performance management and compensation administration Support in job banding review preparation; analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements and organizational structure Support to reviewing offers; to develop compensation packages for internal and external hires Support the implementation and ongoing compensation administration systems and Workday application program Support the year-end compensation planning process through performance management process Collaborate with HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation related issues and questions Assist in C&B analytics to get useful insight to drive C&B actions Support Managers and HRBPs as needed in day-to-day activities and/or special compensation or research projects Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, manage vendors, and ensure smooth delivery of health, insurance, and retirement plans Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and develop/uphold compensation and benefits policies Employee Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and enhance transparency regarding total rewards programs Collaboration: Work with HR, finance, and leadership to align compensation strategies with business goals Preferred candidate profile 8-12 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in a corporate environment Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and labor laws Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Certification in Compensation and Benefits (e.g., CCP, GRP) Experience with global compensation and benefits practices Proficiency in HRIS and Excel for data analysis and reporting About Sigmoid Sigmoid is a leading provider of Data Analytics Services, specializing in serving clients in the F500/1000 space, globally.
