Role & responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that support business objectives, attract top talent, and drive employee engagement. Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation competitiveness Manage the end-to-end compensation cycle, including annual salary reviews, bonus administration, equity programs, and merit-based salary increases Provide analytical support and lead performance and compensation-related projects (e.g., Upward feedback, Skills framework, campus competitiveness, etc). Oversee the annual merit increase process, ensuring alignment with company budget, performance management ratings, and market competitiveness. Work closely with business units to provide guidance on career paths, promotions, social equity, etc Evaluate effectiveness of variable pay plans and compensation models annually, adjusting them based on company performance, market trends, and employee feedback.
