Role

Head – Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

1.

  • Design and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
  • Develop incentive and variable pay programs linked to performance metrics.

2.

  • Oversee employee benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and insurance.
  • Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings based on employee needs and market trends.

3.

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across geographies.
  • Liaise with legal and finance teams to maintain audit-ready documentation and processes.

4.

  • Lead global payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with international teams and vendors to manage multi-country payroll complexities.

5.

  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to align compensation budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide detailed reports and analytics on compensation spend, ROI, and workforce cost trends.

6.

  • Partner with HR, finance, and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with talent and business objectives.
  • Manage external consultants and vendors for specialized compensation and payroll services.

Skills & Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with significant exposure to statutory compliance and global payroll.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing compensation frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and data analytics tools
