stage and onboarding.
• Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage the negotiation process as
needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates,
ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the
company, team, and job role.
• Gather feedback from interviewers and facilitate decision-making processes.
• 4-7 years of experience in Non IT recruitment
• Communication skills should be excellent
• Graduation is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
