Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi (South Extension) / Pune (Viman Nagar) for a Company Secretary Trainee. The Company Secretary Trainee will assist with governance and compliance matters, maintain statutory records, and prepare minutes of meetings. The trainee will also ensure compliance with corporate regulations, handle correspondence with regulatory authorities, and support in drafting policies and procedures. Additionally, the trainee will assist with legal research and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

Governance, Compliance, and Statutory Records management skills

Experience with preparing minutes of meetings and regulatory correspondence

Legal Research and Documentation skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Pursuing or completed CS (Company Secretary) qualification

Familiarity with corporate regulations and compliance standards
