Location: Pune (Viman Nagar)

Role: Full-time, On-site

As a Company Secretary Trainee, you’ll be working closely with our governance and compliance team to:

. Assist with statutory records management

. Prepare minutes of meetings

. Ensure corporate regulatory compliance

. Draft policies and procedures

. Handle correspondence with regulatory authorities

. Support legal research and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Pursuing or completed CS (Company Secretary) qualification.

Strong skills in governance, compliance, and statutory record-keeping.

Knowledge of corporate regulations & compliance standards.

Strong communication and legal documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
