Role Description

We are seeking a Company Secretary Management Trainee for a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will assist in managing regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring adherence to corporate governance practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing agendas and minutes for board meetings, assisting in the drafting of legal documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the company secretary in all applicable legal, financial, and regulatory activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in corporate governance, legal compliance, and statutory documentation
Strong understanding of Company Law and other regulatory frameworks in India
Attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai
Graduate in Commerce or related field; pursuing or completed Company Secretary (CS) qualification
