SVR & Co. - Company Secretaries (A Peer Reviewed Organisation) is a 11 year old firm, which is providing consultancy in Corporate Laws, IBC, IPRs, Taxation & other related areas and based at Noida.

It is founded by CS Shivam Rastogi, having rich experience of 11 years in the industry. He represents before NCLT & NCLAT along with other Government Dept(s).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary Trainee located in Noida. The Company Secretary Trainee will be responsible for assisting the team in day-to-day tasks such as preparing and maintaining legal documents including petition, reply & letter, preparation and filing of returns, preparation of notes for legal matters, maintaining registers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The trainee will also provide administrative support and assist in other company secretarial duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of company law and corporate governance.

• Ability to conduct research and analyse information.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements.
