Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Jaipur. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing statutory compliance, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring corporate governance. Daily tasks include organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining minutes. The Company Secretary will also provide administrative support to the board of directors, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

📍 Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

📊 Experience: 10+ years (Senior Secretarial & Compliance role)

🎓 Qualification: Qualified CS (LLB preferred)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA

to lead corporate governance, IPO documentation, and compliance with regulatory authorities.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA & other laws

- Lead IPO documentation & DRHP filings

- Manage Board/Shareholder meetings, statutory registers & ESOPs

- Liaise with SEBI, ROC, NSDL/CDSL, Stock Exchanges

- Drive ethics, risk management & corporate transparency.
