Job Description: Company Secretary (CS)
Position: Company Secretary
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Location: Sector 4, Noida
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
Liaise with statutory and regulatory authorities including:
Stock Exchanges (BSE/NSE)
Depositories (NSDL/CDSL)
Registrar of Companies (ROC)
Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTA)
Handle Quarterly & Annual SEBI Compliances and ensure timely filings.
Maintain and update all statutory records, registers, and filings of the company.
Manage Board Meetings, General Meetings, and preparation of related notices, agendas, and minutes.
Provide support in drafting and vetting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Assist in other corporate secretarial matters and governance requirements as assigned.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and Companies Act.
Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple compliance timelines with accuracy.
Coordination skills for effective liaison with regulatory authorities.
Qualification:
Qualified Company Secretary (ACS).
Additional LLB will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
