With a firm commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Bhosari and Chakan, Pune. The Company Secretary will play a key role ben ensuring our company adheres to company law regulatory and statutory compliances records and requirements while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, drafting minutes of meetings, managing corporate governance, and providing administrative support to the board of directors. Additional responsibilities include legal and administrative compliance and support. Qualifications: ✅ Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member) ✅ 5–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup ✅ Knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI compliance (if listed), labor laws, and industrial regulations ✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✅Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines Ability to commute/relocate: Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person.
