Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Lathe Programmer located in Pune. The CNC Lathe Programmer will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to produce precision-engineered components. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, creating and optimizing CNC programs, ensuring accurate machining processes, and maintaining the quality of finished parts. The role also involves troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong skills in CNC Programming and Programming for CNC lathes
Proficiency in Technical Drawing interpretation and application
Experience with Machining and Milling processes
Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality control
Ability to work collaboratively as part of an on-site team
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for operating machinery
Relevant educational background or certification in CNC programming, machining, or related technical fields
Prior experience in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment is a plus
