Job Description

About The Role

Support in company secretarial matters and governance matters for Group companies outside of India with a strong focus on management and development of entity management platforms, operational support on corporate legal digitalization, and any other matters as may be assigned.

Support the Legal and Compliance team as required on legal key projects and initiatives with other legal departments outside India

Qualification & Skills

Bachelors degree or Master degree in Commerce, Management or Business background (B. Com/ BBA/ M.Com/ MBA/LLB) from a well-respected institution in India.

Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Ability to adapt and implement the use of new technology in the corporate legal team.

Ability to manage uniform workflow.

Ability to manage and organize large data.

Ability to work collaboratively with others across business units and support functions, in an international environment.

Excellent command of English.

Excellent command of Microsoft office 365 pack (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive SharePoint etc.)

Appetite for IT projects (Legaltech tools).

Previous working experience in MNC Legal department with international exposure is highly sought.

2 to 7 years of experience.
