Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, overseeing corporate governance, and supporting the organizations secretarial and compliance framework. Preferred candidate profile

Incorporation of new companies, drafting documentation, maintaining statutory compliances, and issuance of share certificates.
Preparation for SME listing or IPO listing with comprehensive knowledge of the required documents and processes for SME/IPO.
Handling foreign transaction reporting and ensuring timely regulatory submissions.
Coordinating and liaising with lawyers on corporate case matters and government regulations.
Managing FDI and ODI compliance and documentation.
Conducting due diligence for corporate, financial, and legal matters.
Drafting agreements and documentation related to solar projects.
Overseeing all legal and company law matters for the organisation.
