We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer - O&M, Solar to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of solar power plants to maximize performance, longevity, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, hands-on experience with solar PV systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering - Working Location: Banswara, Bhilwara and any location in Rajasthan Role & responsibilities Leads O&M technicians/vendors team and coordinates daily activities. Provides technical guidance and support to team members. Ensures adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on solar installations. Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to ensure system performance. To conduct site visits frequently as per schedule or as per instruction in PAN India. Must be aware of Basic Safety code of conduct being used at site. Provide training and ongoing education to O&M staff on safety practices and procedures. To ensure JMR and other Liasioning work at sites along with vendors, client, and authorities. Technical/Other strengths: Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing solar PV systems. Familiarity with electrical systems, inverters, SCADA systems, and data monitoring tools used in solar power plants. • Knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including components, operation principles, and performance factors. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • willingness to travel to different project sites as needed across PAN India. Preferred candidate profile Years of Experience: 3-4 Years in solar energy or renewable energy industry, with a focus on Operation and maintenance.
