Job Description

Job Title: Company Secretary

Experience:

2-6 Years

Location:

Gurugram Udyog Vihar, Phase IV

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Board Committee Meetings:

Preparation of agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board, Committee, and General Meetings.
Coordinating and conducting meetings in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:

In-depth understanding and application of the Companies Act, 2013, and allied regulations.
Advising management on legal and statutory compliance requirements.

Filing Documentation:

Preparation and filing of various statutory e-forms and XBRL filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
Ensuring timely submission of returns and disclosures.

Records Registers:

Maintenance of statutory registers, records, and other secretarial documents as per legal requirements.
Ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.

Work Ethics Flexibility:

Willingness to work extended hours when required, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Ability to handle multiple assignments with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications Skills:

Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
2-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MCA filings, XBRL, and related compliance tools.
High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
