1) To develop / identify / update new consumers Commercial, Industrial and Special Category to sell power under Group Captive / Third Party Sale / Power Exchanges. 2) Track and prepare summary of various regulatory orders, notices, Office Memorandum, Gazette notification impacting the project. 3) To prepare a District/DISCOM wise list of potential consumers and do the mapping 4) Collection / Study of their Electricity Bills, analyze and prepare suitable proposal. 5) Extensive travelling across the state to meet the requirement of Power Sale and for Customer relationship. 6) To develop relationship with appropriate statutory authorities relevant for Companys business requirements. 7) To study the PPA / PCA & SHA (duly approved), negotiate the terms and conditions in line with company norms and close the deal. 8) Coordination with plant and Consumer / Business facilitator /DISCOM/ SLDC/ TRANSCO for monthly allocation and energy credit/adjustment to customer. 9) Maintaining relationship with consumers to ensure receivable collection on time. 10) To develop, track the GC compliance documentation, maintain the status tracker for the documentation as and when required by the Company. 11) Ensure that the Traders/Business facilitator are delivering the required services commensurate to the fee paid for the respective month. 12) In case of utility sale model, should study the DISCOM PPA, suggest changes and help to complete the formality. 13) In case of change in consumer in any SPV To find new consumer of the same category with right capacity To complete the necessary formality like signing of new PPA & SHA, share transfer and collection of share participation money 14) Other jobs assigned to you by the Company. kindly send your resume to hr@continuumenergy.in
