The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory books, organizing board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs), drafting agendas, and recording minutes. The incumbent will also advise the board on governance matters, manage correspondence, and liaise with regulatory authorities. Qualifications Knowledge of corporate laws, governance, and statutory regulations Administrative skills including documentation, record-keeping, and meeting organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using office software and applications for documentation and presentations Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and in coordination with multiple stakeholders Relevant certifications and a degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field Experience in a similar role is preferred Show more Show less
