Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Asset Disposal Manager located in Mumbai. The Asset Disposal Manager will be responsible for managing the disposal of non-performing assets (NPA), developing and implementing asset disposal strategies, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, conducting market research to determine asset value, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The role also involves collaborating with legal teams for asset recovery processes, negotiating with buyers, and maintaining records of disposed assets. Qualifications Experience in asset disposal management, asset valuation, and market researchKnowledge in credit underwriting, risk management, and portfolio collectionsStrong skills in strategy development and stakeholder coordinationLegal and compliance knowledge pertinent to asset recovery and disposalExcellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience working in the financial services industry, particularly in NPAs management and recovery, is a plus
