Job Description

You will be responsible for administration activities related to the conduction of Board/Committee and General Meetings, including the preparation of minutes. You will ensure the timely, accurate, and complete preparation of MIS/Forms for Companies/LLPs/Trusts, while maintaining control over the flow of information. Timely and accurate creation/maintenance of secretarial records, registers, forms, and compliance (both hard and soft copies) will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be supporting the team in day-to-day activities, providing guidance, supervising juniors, and ensuring the prompt and accurate execution of instructions. Your role will also include supporting the team in the day-to-day compliance of SEBI Listing Regulations and Companies Act, including FEMA & RBI compliance. A good interpretation skill set will be required for understanding provisions, rules, and regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 to 7 years of practice as a Company Secretary. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a total of 4 years of work experience with a listed entity, specifically 2 years. The work location will be in person.,
