Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws.
• Prepare, file, and maintain statutory documents, registers, and records.
• Coordinate and organize Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
• Draft minutes, resolutions, notices, and related documentation.
• Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and other statutory submissions.
• Assist in corporate restructuring, secretarial audits, and IPO-related compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal advisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of corporate records and sensitive information.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, compliance frameworks, and governance practices.
• Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and secretarial software.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
