Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws. Prepare, file, and maintain statutory documents, registers, and records. Coordinate and organize Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings. Draft minutes, resolutions, notices, and related documentation. Handle ROC filings, annual returns, and other statutory submissions. Assist in corporate restructuring, secretarial audits, and IPO-related compliance. Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal advisors. Maintain confidentiality of corporate records and sensitive information. Required Qualifications & Skills: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience. In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, compliance frameworks, and governance practices. Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and secretarial software.
