Community Manager


Key Responsibilities


Community Management

  • Build and manage online communities across platforms: Social Media, WhatsApp/Telegram, Discord, Forums, and Website comments.
  • Engage daily with followers; respond to queries, comments, and DMs in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned tone.
  • Moderate discussions and manage negative feedback constructively.
  • Develop community engagement initiatives (polls, AMAs, contests, campaigns, feedback loops).
  • Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for consistent community messaging.
  • Track community metrics: growth, engagement rate, retention, and sentiment.


SEO Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and map keywords to content and landing pages.
  • Optimize website elements: content, metadata, headings, URLs, internal links.
  • Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly articles and blogs.
  • Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Identify and fix SEO issues (indexing errors, crawl issues, broken links, page speed basics).
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions.


Content & Growth Support

  • Suggest content ideas based on community insights and trending search data.
  • Repurpose SEO content into engaging posts for various community channels.
  • Support organic growth and brand awareness campaigns.


Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, basic technical SEO).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush (or similar).
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and online community behaviour.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).


Qualification:

  • Graduate degree with

    minimum 1 year of experience

    in a relevant domain.
