Community Manager - Mumbai

Overview

As a Community Manager, the role is a key and vital part of LWL’s member-facing team, working to

enhance the LWL community experience. Your role will involve driving member engagement, facilitating

local events, and building strong relationships to ensure member satisfaction and retention. You will

engage directly with the leadership team to drive the vision of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and drive member engagement for retention and growth.
• Support Programming team with seamless participation of members at LWL curated
• monthly events, on-ground support in engaging with members.
• Manage RSVPs, invitations, and facilitate meaningful member interactions.
• Track and achieve OKRs focused on member satisfaction, retention, engagement, and
• referrals.
• Act as a bridge between members and internal teams, gathering feedback to improve
• initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain LWL’s leadership in women’s networking.
• Maintaining existing online member groups and contributing in building more groups
• beneficial for engaging members.

What are we looking for?

• 6-7 years of relevant experience in community building, analysing consumer data and
• insights.
• The experience can be in industries like - luxury retail, hospitality, media etc.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze community metrics and data to identify opportunities for growth and
• engagement.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused
• mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Passion for connecting people and facilitating meaningful conversations
• Team player eager to contribute to a professional, growth-focused culture.
