Marketing and Event Operations - Associate

Overview

Ladies Who Lead is looking for a versatile, dynamic and self-driven Marketing & Event Operations-Associate to support our growing network of women leaders. This role works closely with the Marketing

and Programming teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, events and content

initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1.Content Development

● Draft clear, compelling copy for internal and external communications, including social

media posts, newsletters, and announcements.

● Write blogs and long-form content on leadership, learning, and growth.

● Support branding campaigns through design inputs, research and creative ideation.

● Help design visually engaging monthly email newsletters.

2.Creative & Programming Coordination

● Work closely with the Marketing and Programming teams to manage timelines,

approvals and ensure the smooth delivery of event creatives and social media design

assets.

3.Social Media Support

● Assist in developing and executing social media content calendars, ensuring consistent

design quality and brand alignment.

● Conduct social media research to guide content planning, audience engagement and

overall platform growth.

4.Event Support

• Assist with on-ground coordination at our learning sessions, workshops and experiences.

• Support logistics and content capture during events.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management or any other related field.
• Working knowledge of Canva.
• Basic familiarity with video-editing tools (added advantage).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, manage timelines and work collaboratively.
