Event Curation and Partnerships - Associate

As an Event Curation and Partnerships at Ladies Who Lead (LWL), you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of our events and initiatives in Mumbai. You will work closely with our team and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, from coordinating physical marketing collaterals and gifts to overseeing venue readiness.

Job Details

Vendor coordination:

• Coordinate with external vendors to procure physical marketing collaterals and gifts.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all procured items.
• Track vendor performance and maintain accurate records.

• Venue readiness:

• Assist in venue selection and site visits.
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure equipment and layout are as per event requirements.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues.

General operations support:

• Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
• Assist in event planning and execution.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of LWL's operations.
• Assist in Partnership tie-ups.
