Community Lead

As the Community Lead at &work Co-working, you will be playing a key role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our members. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism, fostering relationships with members to understand their needs, and encouraging engagement. Additionally, you will support daily operations to ensure the space is clean, stocked, and functional. Your role will also involve planning and hosting community events, acting as a point of contact for member questions and feedback, onboarding new members, and assisting with tours, sign-ups, and light administrative tasks. As the face of our space, you will help create a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere where people can work and connect effectively. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and organized, with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality would be a plus, and a passion for people, community, and creative spaces is essential for success in this role.
