About the role: As our Community Lead, you're the face of our space — welcoming members, building connections, and keeping everything running smoothly. You'll help create a vibrant, inclusive environment where people feel inspired to work and connect. Job Role : Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism Foster relationships with members to understand their needs and encourage engagement Support daily operations and keep the space clean, stocked, and functional Plan and host community events Act as a point of contact for member questions, feedback, and support requests Onboard new members and handle inquiries Help with tours, sign-ups, and light admin tasks What we are looking for: Friendly, outgoing, and organised Great communicator with a can-do attitude Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus Passion for people, community, and creative spaces Show more Show less
