Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Technician located in Faridabad. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computer issues, repairing computers, and supporting printer operations. The technician will also address and resolve hardware and software problems, ensuring the smooth operation of the office's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and repairing desktop computers and printers
• Experience with Computer Repair and ongoing maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a coworking or similar work environment is a plus
